SOX8

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,323 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMOD2, DPYSL2, and HSPA12A. Each is linked with SOX8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX8-to-partner and partner-to-SOX8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOX8 versus TMOD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
