SOX8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,610 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX8-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF18B, SLC35A2, and CRISPLD2. Each is linked with SOX8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX8-to-partner and partner-to-SOX8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOX8 versus KIF18B in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
