SOX8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 155 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3193, RN7SL708P, and CRIP1P1. Each is linked with SOX8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX8-to-partner and partner-to-SOX8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3193 grouped by SOX8-low versus SOX8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
