SOX8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX8 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX8-associated genes across cancer lineages are Pericytes, Macrophages M2, and aDC. Each is linked with SOX8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX8-to-partner and partner-to-SOX8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Pericytes grouped by SOX8-low versus SOX8-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
