SOX6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,081 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SOX6_S411, SOX6_S454, and SOX6_S466. Each is linked with SOX6 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX6-to-partner and partner-to-SOX6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOX6 versus SOX6_S411 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.93.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
