SOX6

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,384 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX6-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKR1B1P3, RN7SL188P, and SERPINE1. Each is linked with SOX6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX6-to-partner and partner-to-SOX6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOX6 versus AKR1B1P3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
