SOX6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX6-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Met_pY1235, PCNA, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with SOX6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX6-to-partner and partner-to-SOX6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Met_pY1235 grouped by SOX6-low versus SOX6-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
