Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX5P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,808 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX5P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNBD1, LINC01202, and LINC01249. Each is linked with SOX5P1 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX5P1-to-partner and partner-to-SOX5P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOX5P1 versus CNBD1 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.
