Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX5P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,291 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX5P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process, Positive regulation of chromosome organization, and Telomere maintenance via telomere lengthening. Each is linked with SOX5P1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX5P1-to-partner and partner-to-SOX5P1 results are reported.
