SOX5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,147 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRELP, CRMP1, and HDGFL3. Each is linked with SOX5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX5-to-partner and partner-to-SOX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOX5 versus PRELP in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
