SOX5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,760 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR920, PES1, and GCAT. Each is linked with SOX5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX5-to-partner and partner-to-SOX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOX5 versus MIR920 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
