SOX5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOX5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 113 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are REG3A, IL36A, and CCDC70. Each is linked with SOX5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX5-to-partner and partner-to-SOX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, REG3A grouped by SOX5-low versus SOX5-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
