The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher SOX21 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SOX21 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and COAD are the cancer types where SOX21 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
