SOX21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,790 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FAM114A2, FHOD1, and FMNL1. Each is linked with SOX21 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX21-to-partner and partner-to-SOX21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOX21 versus FAM114A2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX21→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
