SOX21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,171 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX21-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC15, PPP1R1C, and MAT1A. Each is linked with SOX21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX21-to-partner and partner-to-SOX21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC15 grouped by SOX21-low versus SOX21-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX21→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
