Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOX21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,726 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX21-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glial cell fate commitment, Endodermal cell fate specification, and B cell chemotaxis. Each is linked with SOX21 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX21-to-partner and partner-to-SOX21 results are reported.
