SOX21

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOX21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,678 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX21-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPYSL3, MEX3C, and ASPH. Each is linked with SOX21 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX21-to-partner and partner-to-SOX21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOX21 versus DPYSL3 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX21→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
