SOX17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOX17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 673 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of centrosome cycle, Antimicrobial peptide production, and Antimicrobial peptide biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SOX17 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX17-to-partner and partner-to-SOX17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of centrosome cycle grouped by SOX17-low versus SOX17-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX17→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
