SOX15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,139 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SOX15_S37, PRDX4, and FKBP15. Each is linked with SOX15 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX15-to-partner and partner-to-SOX15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOX15 versus SOX15_S37 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX15→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
