Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,085 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SOX15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASSF2, FERMT1, and AMMECR1. Each is linked with SOX15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX15-to-partner and partner-to-SOX15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOX15 versus RASSF2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX15→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
