SOX15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX15-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with SOX15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX15-to-partner and partner-to-SOX15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by SOX15-low versus SOX15-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX15→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
