The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher SOX14 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SOX14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD, PRAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where SOX14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
