SOX11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,859 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEP170, DBN1, and ENAH. Each is linked with SOX11 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX11-to-partner and partner-to-SOX11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOX11 versus CEP170 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
