SOX11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,989 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX11-associated genes across cancer lineages are FYTTD1, KIFC1, and REEP6. Each is linked with SOX11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX11-to-partner and partner-to-SOX11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOX11 versus FYTTD1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
