SOX11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,092 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIS18A, HMGB1P24, and PSMD9. Each is linked with SOX11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX11-to-partner and partner-to-SOX11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIS18A grouped by SOX11-low versus SOX11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOX11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOX11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
