Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOX10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,564 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOX10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are S100B, PRKAR2B, and RPL5. Each is linked with SOX10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOX10-to-partner and partner-to-SOX10 results are reported.
