SOWAHC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOWAHC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,969 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOWAHC-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN10, RPL37P12, and ABCG2. Each is linked with SOWAHC in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOWAHC-to-partner and partner-to-SOWAHC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOWAHC→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOWAHC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
