Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOWAHA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,026 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SOWAHA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCYBP28, CGRRF1, and CST3. Each is linked with SOWAHA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOWAHA-to-partner and partner-to-SOWAHA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOWAHA→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOWAHA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
