SOS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,301 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP4K5, FKBP3, and PPP4R3A. Each is linked with SOS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOS2-to-partner and partner-to-SOS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOS2 versus MAP4K5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
