SOS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,000 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FKBP3, NIN, and KLHL28. Each is linked with SOS2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOS2-to-partner and partner-to-SOS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOS2 versus FKBP3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
