SOS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,762 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are STIP1, FEN1, and STRN3. Each is linked with SOS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOS2-to-partner and partner-to-SOS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STIP1 grouped by SOS2-low versus SOS2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
