Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,079 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Macroautophagy, and Process utilizing autophagic mechanism. Each is linked with SOS2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOS2-to-partner and partner-to-SOS2 results are reported.
