SOS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,063 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2M3, C8orf74, and DPEP2NB. Each is linked with SOS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOS2-to-partner and partner-to-SOS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2M3 grouped by SOS2-low versus SOS2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
