SOS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,326 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP12, DLST, and CDCA5. Each is linked with SOS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOS1-to-partner and partner-to-SOS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMP12 grouped by SOS1-low versus SOS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
