SORL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SORL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,966 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SORL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SH3BP4, DDX21_S89, and TRIM2. Each is linked with SORL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SORL1-to-partner and partner-to-SORL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SORL1 versus SH3BP4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SORL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SORL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
