SORL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SORL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,124 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SORL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EME1, CDC45, and RAD54L. Each is linked with SORL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SORL1-to-partner and partner-to-SORL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EME1 grouped by SORL1-low versus SORL1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SORL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SORL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
