Across TCGA patient cohorts, SORD2P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,133 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SORD2P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Progesterone receptor signaling pathway, Regulation of cytokinesis, and Mitochondrial translational elongation. Each is linked with SORD2P in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SORD2P-to-partner and partner-to-SORD2P results are reported.
