SORCS3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SORCS3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,390 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SORCS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB4A, TXN2, and PQBP1. Each is linked with SORCS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SORCS3-to-partner and partner-to-SORCS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SORCS3 versus RAB4A in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SORCS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SORCS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
