SORCS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SORCS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,907 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SORCS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGD5, ELN, and MCRIP2. Each is linked with SORCS3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SORCS3-to-partner and partner-to-SORCS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FGD5 grouped by SORCS3-low versus SORCS3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SORCS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SORCS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
