SORCS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SORCS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 566 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SORCS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMCP, CLLU1-AS1, and HTR1B. Each is linked with SORCS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SORCS3-to-partner and partner-to-SORCS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SORCS3 versus SMCP in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SORCS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SORCS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
