SORCS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SORCS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,711 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SORCS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRP1, SULF2, and TIMP2. Each is linked with SORCS2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SORCS2-to-partner and partner-to-SORCS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SORCS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SORCS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
