SORCS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SORCS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,053 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SORCS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SORBS1, SYNPO2, and ANK2. Each is linked with SORCS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SORCS1-to-partner and partner-to-SORCS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SORCS1 versus SORBS1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SORCS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SORCS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
