SORBS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SORBS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,776 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SORBS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL5, OLFML3, and SEPTIN8. Each is linked with SORBS3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SORBS3-to-partner and partner-to-SORBS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SORBS3 versus RPL5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SORBS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SORBS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
