SORBS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SORBS3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SORBS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Chk2, eIF4E, and MSH2. Each is linked with SORBS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SORBS3-to-partner and partner-to-SORBS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Chk2 grouped by SORBS3-low versus SORBS3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SORBS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SORBS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
