SORBS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SORBS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,582 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SORBS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCGB3A2, PICK1, and MREG. Each is linked with SORBS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SORBS2-to-partner and partner-to-SORBS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCGB3A2 grouped by SORBS2-low versus SORBS2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SORBS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SORBS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
