SORBS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SORBS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 754 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SORBS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are A3GALT2, BMPR1A, and TMED5. Each is linked with SORBS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SORBS1-to-partner and partner-to-SORBS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A3GALT2 grouped by SORBS1-low versus SORBS1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SORBS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SORBS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
