SON

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SON mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,975 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SON-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLPX, FGF21, and LARP1B. Each is linked with SON in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SON-to-partner and partner-to-SON results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLPX grouped by SON-low versus SON-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SON→partner) and Y-score (partner→SON) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
