SOGA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOGA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOGA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, BRCA2, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with SOGA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOGA1-to-partner and partner-to-SOGA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by SOGA1-low versus SOGA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOGA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOGA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
