SOD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,133 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAA2, TNFSF14, and KLHL6. Each is linked with SOD2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOD2-to-partner and partner-to-SOD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOD2 versus SAA2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
