Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,462 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of membrane hyperpolarization, Response to isolation stress, and Hydrogen peroxide biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SOD2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOD2-to-partner and partner-to-SOD2 results are reported.
